This place was just what we had hoped for, would recommend. The location was particularly good as it was in front of the train station. The venue was just close to Venice downtown. The room was good sized with bathroom and a/c plus the breakfast was served for a nice stay.

Loved this really lovely stay in September 2020. The location was unbeatable, close to old town. Besides, the area was beautiful, next to Lista di Spagna. The place was good value. Fresh fruit, cheese, eggs, meats and cereal - enjoyable breakfast. Exceptional view of river. With fast check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was exotic! Near an ideal beach.
